Luigi Federico is a trusted real estate agent with over 30 years of combined experience in design, building material specification, construction methods, sales and marketing.

An alumnus of the ’Architectural & Building Technology diploma program at British Columbia's Institute of Technology (BCIT), Luigi possesses a comprehensive knowledge of building methods, construction materials and architectural design. Post graduation, he started working as a Technical Representative for a global leader in adhesives, sealants, concrete additives and other chemical products for the construction industry.  Luigi spent just over 16 years climbing the corporate ladder moving into a regional sales role to then reach a plateau as an architectural sales representative.  

Seemingly a natural progression, Luigi acquired his real estate trading license through the University of British Columbia leaving his corporate gig behind to start his vocation as a real estate agent. 

A love for the Art Deco, Spanish Colonial and sleek modern architectural styles in addition to being an avid motoring enthusiast made one day living in Southern California an aspiration for Luigi.  After nearly a decade, he and his family made the move to the Golden State.
